Five Warrior Baseball Players Earn NAIA Academic Accolades

LEWISTON, ID - Five Lewis-Clark State Warrior Baseball student-athletes were recognized for their work in the classroom on Thursday, earning Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors. 

To be named a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA and have been at least one year completed at their respected university (LC State).

This year LC State seniors Bryson Spagnuolo, Greg Blackman, Joe Canty and Joe ball each earned the accolade along with sophomore Charlie Tentinger.

The Warriors (33-16) will open play at the 2023 Avista NAIA World Series on Friday, May 26 against Indiana Wesleyan. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
