LEWISTON - After a 4-1 week-long road trip, the seventh-ranked Lewis-Clark State Men’s Basketball team was named the Cascade Conference Under Armour Team of the Week. The Warriors earned the honor for the second week in a row after defeating William Jessup, Benedictine Mesa, number 5 Arizona Christian and Park-Gilbert.

LC State opened the week with an 85-71 victory over a strong William Jessup team on a neutral court. The Warriors then traveled to Arizona to face teams from the state for the first time in program history.

The Warriors, led by a career-high 30 points from Trystan Bradley, defeated Benedictine Mesa 83-56. They suffered their first loss of the season at the hands of fifth-ranked Arizona Christian, but bounced back the next day to hand the Firestorm their second loss of the season (88-79). They ended the trip on Sunday with a 76-50 win over Park-Gilbert.

The seventh-ranked Warriors played five games in seven days and improved their overall record to 10-1.
