IDAHO – Regence BlueShield of Idaho has named Grangeville, ID native Trish Quarles as its new Vice President of Sales, effective March 6, 2023.
“Trish has extensive experience leading large and diverse teams to achieve client and business objectives,” said Mark Ruszczyk, Regence BlueShield of Idaho President. “Whether it’s creating member engagement strategies or introducing new clinical programs, Trish is passionate about ensuring all those we serve can easily access high-value care. I look forward to working with Trish in this expanded role to drive continued market success.”
In her role as VP, Quarles will lead a team focused on business development, customer retention through relentless focus on specific organizational needs, exceptional service and the timely introduction of novel health care solutions.

Quarles, who studied business management at University of Idaho and obtained her pharmacy benefits specialist certification from University of Kentucky, also serves on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho.
