Tracy Claeys Resigns

PULLMAN - The defensive coordinator for the Washington State Cougar football team has officially resigned. The announcement of Tracy Claeys departure came Friday afternoon. The Cougars are coming off back to back losses and have given up a total of 105 points in those two games. Currently the team is in the middle of a bye week before their next scheduled game on October 12, against Arizona State.

Claeys was hired for the position in January of 2018. Washington State linebackers coach Roc Bellantoni will take over as interim defensive coordinator, and cornerbacks coach Darcel McBath will be co-interim defensive coordinator.
