3 Jailed for Disrupting Court in Orofino

OROFINO - On Wednesday at the Clearwater County Courthouse, during a hearing in front of Magistrate Judge David Judd, three people observing the hearing became unruly in the courtroom.

The Clearwater County Sheriff's Office says Instructions were given to the three persons and these commands were ignored. Law enforcement officers were called to the courtroom and 39-year-old Jessica C. Barajas, of Montclair, California, 50-year-old Kimberly S. Anderson, of Vancouver, Washington, and 48-year-old Brett M. Schott, also of Vancouver, were all arrested for resisting and obstruct a Peace Officer.

The trio were also sentenced by the court for contempt of court. Barajas received a $500.00 fine and five days in jail, Anderson received a $500.00 fine and one day in jail, and Schott received a $500.00 fine and three days in jail.
