TROY - At approximately 2:25 p.m. Saturday, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle injury crash on State Highway 99 at mile marker 10, approximately 1.7 miles south of Troy, in Latah County.
According to the Idaho State Police, 35-year-old Cassie C. Fisher, of Clarkston, was driving southbound on the highway on a grey 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle. 59-year-old Natalie A. Neer, of Moscow, and passenger, 61-year-old Harold L. Neer, of Moscow, were traveling northbound in a silver 2018 Toyota Rav4. Police say Fisher crossed over the center line, striking Neer's vehicle head on.
Fisher was wearing a helmet and was transported by air ambulance to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. Both occupants of Neer's vehicle were wearing their seat belts and were transported by ground ambulance to Gritman Medical Center in Moscow.
The roadway was blocked for approximately two hours. Police say crash investigation is ongoing.
