HSOP TNR TSHIRTS

MOSCOW - Humane Society of the Palouse (HSOP) has launched a Bonfire campaign to raise funds for their TNR program, which has worked to sterilize, vaccinate, and ear-tip more than 70 local feral cats since October of 2021.
