Pullman kids turn lemonade into wishes – giving hope when it’s needed
Beloved stand returns Aug. 11 with a $20,000 goal
WHO/WHAT: Local wish alum Shay and her friends Marissa and Jack will serve lemonade and baked
goods to help grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. Born with a congenital
heart defect, Shay wished to meet the cast of her favorite movie in 2017 and received
a new heart in April 2022. In eight years, the young philanthropists have raised more
than $145,000. This year, they aim to raise another $20,000 for local wishes.

and hope. At a time when the Inland Northwest needs good news, the community can
rally together and help these young neighbors bring hope to more local families.
